• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Doctor Solar Wala Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

Doctor Solar Wala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
